Terms of service

Boat is due back at specified time per agreement. A $50 fee will be charged after 15
minutes late. All Fuel must be reimbursed or you be charged 80$ for each 1/4 tank
used.
Navigate all waters in observation of all USCG rules and regulations, observe all no
wake zones and be very careful to stay in the channels at all times. Do not go in any
waters under 2 feet deep except when docking or anchoring.
No one is permitted in the water while motor is on. No one is permitted to bow ride or
sit with any body parts outside of the boat while in motion. Please use caution when
underway to ensure anyone in the front of the boat is seated safely.
By renting the boat from Joshua Hamric and B.R.O.S.F. LLC you agree you have full
knowledge to operate a boat and hold yourself liable for yourself, crew and the boat to
return in the condition it was given to you.
The area near and south of Blue Heron Bridge, Peanut island and Sandbar and South
and all surrounding waters are No Wake. Please take care to navoigate cautioulsy
around the island and never over the sandbar or between the island and the sand bar.
Please be courteous to other boaters and maintain safe distance from all swimmers,
divers and other watercraft.
Boat is to remain in State waters at all times and cannot be taken to the Bahamas or
any waters governed by any country other than the United States.
Be safe, use your head and please enjoy yourself!!!
Please look over the boat entirety and point out anything of note before leaving,
including prop, seats and exterior. Renting party is responsible for any and all
damages incurred. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed. 

UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE INHERENT RISKS INVOLVED WITH BOATING,
including, but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the sea, harm caused by other
vessels, acts of fellow participants, entering and exiting the water, boarding or disembarking
boats, and activities on the docks.
 fully assume responsibility for my own safety (including, without limitation, following all
directions of the boat's captain and crew) while participating in the Boat and verify that
I am physically able to participate.
fully understand that the involved boat has limited medical facilities and that in the event of illness or injury appropriate medical care must be summoned by radio and treatment will be delayed until I can be transported to a proper medical facility. I agree in advance to these
conditions.
 No person associated with BROSF LLC made any express or implied
representation to me that they or the boat's crew can or will perform safe rescues or render first aid. In the event I show signs of distress or call for aid I would like assistance and will not hold any person or entity responsible for their actions in attempting the performance or
rescue or first aid.
managers, affiliates, agents, representatives, attorneys, heirs, personal representatives,
liability, claims, demands, equitable relief, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action
of any kind or character, of any type or nature whatsoever (including negligence), arising out
of the Boat Rental audio and video recording of my participation in the for any and all purposes.
